Matt Moynihan
Founder, Managing Director
Matt was the one who came up with this crazy idea to launch a marketing company back in 2009. He is a veteran in corporate marketing communications, having been the chief marketing executive with several large multi-national companies in and around Nashville. He is passionate about building brands, crafting message strategy, and driving revenue growth. And he's particularly adept at finding the heart of what makes a business unique and showcasing that exceptionalism to the audiences it's trying to reach.
Matt graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in communication and psychology way back in 1996. Oh, and he played baseball there back before Vanderbilt became a perennial national powerhouse and two-time National Champion. (Anchor Down.)
Larken Lech
Director of digital and social
Larken is an uber-talented digital marketing and social media expert. She's our go-to for all things digital, be it a Web site, an email campaign, paid search, SEO, and of course, social media. Larken got her degree in mass communication from Illinois State University. She's highly active in the Nashville chapter of the American Marketing Association and enjoys orchestrating marketing events of her own.
Eileen minton
Creative director
Eileen has been doing graphic design and creative direction for many well-known advertising firms from Tennessee to Pennsylvania since the 1980s, so she has undoubtedly contributed to some design trends that, in hindsight, would be questionable. But her design instincts are impeccable. She has a natural talent of visually expressing how a brand needs to express itself to connect with its audience.
Eileen obtained her degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. But we're thankful she has called Nashville "home" for the last couple of decades.
Adrienne Brown
marketing coordinator
Adrienne has an infectious enthusiasm for creating marketing campaigns and seeing our clients shine. Adrienne was born and raised in Arizona and recently moved to Tennessee, bringing with her a lifelong passion for photography and design. She has superb organizational skills and more than a decade of experience in digital design, Web site creation, photo editing, styling, and marketing. Adrienne is our detail gal, devoted to assisting in the development of our creative projects.
